The Rivet Shelf explores fundamental storage facets within a form while doubling as a storage and display platform. Based on a riveting technique suitable for creating right-angle joints between separate, laser-cut raw aluminum sheets, the shelf is assembled by hand with a hammer in a cold-form assembly process developed by designer Jonas Trampedach in 2011.
