The PRTASPEN has 10K water resistance and 10g breathability, which is great for helping to keep water out, and moisture on the inside is allowed to escape. The fabric is also PFC-free; we have used an eco-friendly finish instead of harmful PFCs to achieve the jackets 10K water resistance rating. The cuffs are half elasticated with a hook-and-loop fastener, so you can adjust them as you please. It also features a removable hood and zipped pockets.
