Napoleonic Blue is inspired by the ultramarine and cobalt blue pigments used for decorative work in everything from neoclassical interiors through to modern 20th century decoration. Now a global phenomenon, Annie Sloan first developed the Chalk Paint® range (named for its velvety, ultra matt finish) in 1990 to create a versatile paint that would work beautifully on furniture without priming or sanding; that would be easy to use and quick to dry; and that could be used for a number of different paint techniques. At Petticoat Lane, we are proud to have been Annie Sloan Chalk Paint® stockists for 9 years and have extensive experience and knowledge in all of the possible techniques and finishes.
