Just an elongated beam of solid oak and a narrow LED light strip are enough to create a lighting object that is characterised by enormous elegance and grace. The Nora LED hanging light combines traditional colonial style with the latest LED technology. The central design element of this hanging light is a solid oak beam that forms the body of the light. The surface was treated with a special wood varnish to emphasise the characteristic real wood look whilst ensuring the light is protected against touch damage. For optimum illumination of the table surface, a recess is milled in the wooden beams into which a LED profile was embedded. This maintains a flush surface on the underside of the light.
