Revived by South Korean designer Do Hee Kim back in 2024, New Balance's 509 is a retro runner which takes elements from the Boston brand's 530 lineage into its stride. The upper is constructed from porous off-white mesh uppers and is angularly robed in synthetic metallic leather overlays.
