The Tendon area is reinforced with our bamboo shield to avoid penetration. Where the horse is flexing, Kentucky has added a soft natural rubber piece to avoid any friction. The inside part of the boots is reinforced with an extra layer of TPU to sustain high abrasion.Kentucky has created their own in-house testing machine which creates a force of 80N falling down on a horizontal horse leg with a razor-sharp axe.
