Sanitise the tap and then drive into your keystone (using a rubber mallet) the hard taper will create a seal against the cask that will not leak if inserted with force. Once the ale has settled you can draw of a sample to check clarity, the smooth opening and closing action won't disrupt the hops or yeast. The 3/4" thread allows you to attach either a ½" turndown spout that is perfect for ale festivals or a hose tail that can be attached to your preferred size of hose. The tap can easily be disassembled for cleaning. No drips
