Foscarini Bahia - LED ceiling lamp, dimmable The LED ceiling lamp Bahia captivates with a sculptural composition of differently sized, asymmetrically arranged plates made of injection-moulded polycarbonate. Both the not exactly round shape and the asymmetry give Bahia an organic character. The light source is well hidden inside the luminaire, creating an exclusively indirect play of light. The light makes its way out through the gaps between the plates. Bahia has a particularly vivid effect when switched on, when the top plate stands out as a shadow element. Bahia - who doesn't think of the palm-fringed sandy beaches and crystal-clear waters of Brazil when they hear this name? The design of the luminaire, which is reminiscent of an aerial photograph of an archipelago, conveys precisely this lightness of South America.
