As Metaplastic Breast cancer is a rare clinical entity with not many studies in the literature. This manuscript provides approximate description of this disease; including clinical picture, histologic classification, prognosis and means of treatment. It significantly demonstrates the clinical picture of four cases encountered in our facility along with their journey through treatment. According to the outcome of this manuscript, a warning flag should be raised to pay more attention to such cases. This is to prevent further setbacks in achieving good prognosis via setting significant strategies in diagnosing and managing these patients as well as carry out more studies about Metaplastic Breast cancer.
