The Mini-Trangia, also known as the Trangia 28, was originally developed for the Karrimor International Mountain Marathon. It uses the same ultra-reliable spirit burner as many other Trangia models, with a highly minimalist support designed specifically for it. The pot has a capacity of 8 dl, and the lid, which doubles as a frying pan, also serves a useful role for solo travelers. In this special edition, the pot is hard-anodized. This electronic surface treatment prevents aluminum from leaching into food, even when cooking more acidic meals. The frying pan, on the other hand, has a nonstick coating. Please avoid heating the pan while empty, as its thin and highly heat-conductive material can easily overheat, potentially damaging the nonstick surface.
