27 series Trangias are a compact alternative for traditional 25 series stoves. This model has two one liter saucepans made of aluminium with a stainless steel inner coating. The surface prevents aluminium from leaching into whatever you happen to be cooking and stands up against heat much better than nonstick materials. The frying pan is nonstick, and should never be heated empty or at high flame settings. Trangia recommends this stove to be used by groups of 1 or 2 people. Duossal pots may show a wave-like pattern on the inside. This does not affect function. When using Duossal cookware, remember to use enough oil/fat, and control the heat: stainless steel both sears and burns food at lower temperatures than many other materials.
