Made with a Indian block printed cotton cover that can be removed and washed when needed. This handy pillow can be chilled in the freezer and used as an aid to help relieve headaches or heated in the microwave to relax or soothe. To heat place the pillow in the microwave for 20-30 seconds or in 10-second increments, until it is warm to the touch. Do a touch test before placing it over your eyes or skin. Do not leave on eyes for more than 10 minuets. To use cold place the pillow in the freezer for 2-3 hours. Please make sure that the pillow is at room temperature before placing it in the microwave. Hand wash sleeve at 40°c and air dry.
