The elegant Philli Cocoa dress is a V-neck button-down dress with statement ruffles, accentuated with a contrast vintage lace. The dress is by St Clair. Philli Cocoa is made from abuttery soft rayon crepe, for a more lux look. Rayon has the same hand feel as silk crepe but is made from wood pulp. The flattering, fitted waistline of this dress fits higher than the true waist, at the under bust, giving way to a gently draped circle skirt. Philli has no side zip, instead beautiful covered fabric buttons run the length of the dress and can be opened further up the leg for a more revealing look.
