Designed by Antonio Aricò, the collection of terracotta objects '' Magna Graecia '' revisit the Greek relics of southern Italy in a cartoon key. Inquired of Mediterranean culture, Antonio Aricò worked around the world before returning to Calabria where he grew up. Greek culture is very present in this region full of statues and objects. In some villages there is still a derivative of Greek, more than 2500 years after the occupation ... with '' Magna Graecia '', Antonio Aricò interprets this Greek legacy using terracotta, all in a playful and contemporary way. '' Magna Grecia '' reflects a more Mediterranean than Calabrian image. It refers to the Magna Grecia of antiquity but also to the Roman emperors, to Sicilian traditions such as Moro's head. ...
