The Modelo '89 trainer is manufactured in Portugal by local artisans on a line that has complete transparency, ensuring safe and fair working environments. The new edition, the Vegan Modelo '89, utilises advances in material technology to benefit from recycled materials, such as vegan napa and recycled bottles to create an entirely vegan-friendly shoe. This dedication to the profession ensures every pair is made to the highest quality, and for every pair of trainers sold and in collaboration with the NGO We Forest, SAYE plant 2 trees to help tackle the environmental crisis. So far, they've planted over 30,000 trees!
