This pleasantly light jacket works from spring to autumn and packs down to a very small size when needed. The weight has been reduced to around a couple hundred grams by using a thinner outer fabric (20D Proflex instead of 50D Pertex) and refining the details: for instance, a simpler hood adjustment saves a few grams. The jacket features a so-called 2.5-layer structure: inside the outer fabric is a membrane, and on the inside of that, a minimalist lining material. The structure is very light and compressible.
