Meticulous Ink
Our very own iron gall ink, suitably named after our shop. This ink has excellent viscosity and usability when it comes to hand lettering - capable of producing wonderfully fine strokes. Based on a medieval recipe this water-based ink reacts to air and light and gets darker over time. It dries beautifully matt and with a delicate texture. Works wonderfully with our own paper products and a flexible nib. When an intense, matte black ink is required we would use nothing else. 30ml in a glass jar with a lovely copper foil printed label.
