Whippet Wonderland Advent Calendar by Angela Harding This is the much awaited 2024 advent calendar by Angela Harding. As you may be aware, every yuear Angela designs a new calendar for Art Angels, this year's one is called Whippet Wonderland. Whippets seem to have become the dog of choice for a raft of stylish interior designers (Libby Lord . . . I see you!). Their lithe form and fine features being instantly recognisable. Angela has harnessed that shape to have two of them bouicing over her wintry landscape. While the whippets leap in the foreground the couple in the background walk a shaggier looking hound. The advent calendar is self supporting via two cardboard wings that fold out from the body of the calendar, these wings have scored lines which means that they naturally fold in certain configurations.
