FILLING IT UP WITH COFFEE BEANS Remove the gear head with crank 1 by pulling gently on it. Pour coffee beans into the coffee bean container 3 and put the gear head back onto the mill. ADJUSTING THE GRINDING SETTING By turning the adjusting wheel 5 clockwise the high-efficiency ceramic grinder Cera- CutXL ® 6 is adjusted to coarse grinding. Fine grinding is achieved by turning it in the opposite direction. GRINDING COFFEE BEANS Adjust the desired grinding setting as described above. Grip the mill securely in one hand by the casing. Now turn the crank 1 clockwise to grind the coffee beans.
