Tasting Notes Woven launched in 2021 with the aim of challenging perceptions in whisky. Who it's for, how it's made and where it is from. This is a chance to taste their 3 core expressions. The first whisky in this set is the Woven Homemade, which is a blended Scotch with an incredibly high malt content and sherry seasoned oak casks. This has been inspired by the iconic whisky blends that made their mark in Leith, and is vibrant, bold and full of character. The Super blend is next, which contains whiskies from Scotland, England, Germany, Ireland and an experimental whiskey from the USA. Truly a blended world whisky, and this combination results in a rich, textured whisky that is even greater than the sum of its parts. Last year the brand completed its core range offering with a blend named Hemispheres, combining Manuka Smoked Single Malt Whisky from Thompson Distillers of New Zealand with Scottish Single Grain Whisky from Edinburghs Grain Distillery, which is the final of the bottles
