The Victor Blue Cleaning pad is made from polyester fibers in a semi open texture non woven fabrication and is designed for medium scrubbing. Abrasive particles are dispersed throughout and bonded to the nonwoven construction with a durable adhesive. This pad has been designed for use on both sides.
