Vestoj - The Journal of Sartorial Matters Issue 4 Vestoj (meaning "clothing" in Esperanto) is an annual academic journal about dress and fashion. It sets out to combine theoretical knowledge about fashion with experience from the fashion industry. Vestoj Issue 4 is themed around fashion and power. The issue is divided into two parts. The first deals with topics including Russian Constructivist dress, the rise and fall of the Duchess of Windsor, the image of women in fashion advertising and the emergence of the stylist as a force to be reckoned with in fashion. The second part, entitledConversations with Power, contains interviews about the state of the contemporary fashion industry with opinion-leaders such as the president of the Chambre Syndicale Didier Grumbach, trend analyst Li Edelkoort, A.P.C. founder Jean Touitou, headhunter Floriane de Saint Pierre, curator and scholar Valerie Steele, Hamish Bowles, editor of American Vogue and Pulizer-prize winning journalist Robin Givha
