ICTs are essential tools in the implementation of agricultural advisory services. Our study focuses on the use of cell phones in the transfer of information in agricultural consulting. Thus, an internship was conducted at the DDAEP in the commune of Djougou (DONGA department). Following the diagnostic study of the structure, a study was conducted among producers. Data was collected using a questionnaire from 50 randomly selected producers in the commune of Djougou.The results of the survey reveal that the cell phone is an important tool in agricultural consulting in the commune. It allows producers to have information in real time or to have the advisory agents on time.
