Unexpected training on identified palliative care beds : Our Knowledge Publishing : 9786204103907 : 6204103903 : 23 Sep 2021 : My internship at the Clinique du Bois was a turning point in my responsibility and awareness of why I was receiving this training through my hospital. I then took the time to read and take stock of the situation in this work. My internship and the writing of my work allowed me to obtain a service agreement to fill the structural void in my LISP. The challenge remains to operate according to the new regional specifications 2018-2023. This work suffers from a lack of detail on the major stages of its implementation. I learned the Laroque circular, the Delbecque report, the DHOS circular of February 19, 2002. My work has the merit of having given me a detailed vision of the national organization of palliative care structures.
