This processing not only causes a very cozy light, but also makes each copy a unique specimen, because no processing is 100% like the other. The Beat series of lamps came into being when the designer Tom Dixon was involved in an initiative in Jaipur in India, which had the aim of opening up new perspectives for the Indian craftsmen in the region. Since then, the lamps of the Beat series have been manufactured in Moradabad in North India using traditional brass work.
