Beat Flat - black designer pendant lamp by Tom Dixon The black pendant lamp Beat Flat - a light creation from the house of Tom Dixon - was made of solid brass sheet. The wide shade with a matt black finish on the outside and a golden inner surface lets the light radiate widely, comfortably and warmly. The lamps of the Beat series are very popular in hotels, restaurants and private homes worldwide and are characterized by an expressive minimalism. The series was created when Tom Dixon was involved in an initiative in India a few years ago to show the local craftsmen, who are increasingly migrating, new perspectives. Each individual lamp is still made and beaten in traditional craftsmanship by Indian artisans, which makes the golden shade inside of each lamp unique and no two are 100% alike.
