Brussels Sprout ‘Red Darling’ is a bi-coloured variety with a sweeter and nuttier taste than plain green sprouts. It’s distinctive purple colouring is created by anthocyanin pigments – an antioxidant which is reported to have health-giving benefits – and the sprouts are also packed with Vitamin C and dietary fibre.
