Refresh your summer garden with Salvia ‘Cherry Lips'. Stunning pink-purple and white bi-colour blooms form this naturally bushy plant. A delightfully fragrant blackcurrant aroma is given off by its foliage which adds to its charm. Its vibrant colour and showy bushy habit make a perfect cottage garden display. Pot up salvia plants into pots of free draining compost and grow them on in frost free conditions until large enough to plant outside. When all risk of frost has passed and plants are well grown, acclimatise them to outdoor conditions over 7 to 10 days. Plant salvias outdoors in moist, well-drained soil, and situated in a sheltered spot in full sun. Feed and water regularly until fully established. Although perennial, this Salvia will require some winter protection in all but the mildest areas of the UK.
