Thompson Morgan
Thompson & Morgan Rosemary bushes are instantly recognisable for their silvery stems and aromatic, dark green foliage. This variety has a charming arching habit that gives it a dense, uninhibited appearance. Small purple flowers crowd the length of each stem from spring to early summer, attracting a plethora of pollinating insects to the garden. Thompson & Morgan Rosemary ‘Roman Beauty’, like all varieties, is a useful culinary herb, but also makes an attractive evergreen shrub for sunny borders, gravel gardens and containers. Grow Thompson & Morgan Rosemary ‘Roman Beauty’ in any well-drained soil in full sun at a distance of 60cm (2’) apart. Rosemary is undemanding and requires little aftercare. Prune lightly in late spring to maintain an attractive shape. Culinary note: Rosemary goes well with lamb and chicken, and is great for adding to soups and stews. Rosemary tea is also said to help with headaches, colic and colds. Ideal For: Kitchen Gardens, Hedges, Cot
