This English lavender is hardier and more robust than its French variants, flowering throughout summer and attracting bees and pollinating insects with a profusion of purple flower spikes. Lavandula angustifolia forms a spreading mound that makes a great choice for edging pathways, is perfect for patio pots or for dotting through well drained, sunny borders.
