It’s easy to grow your own native hedging with Dog Rose plants! Rosa canina has long, thorny stems that grow vigorously every year to form a dense thicket - perfect as a barrier/deterrent hedge. This is possibly the simplest form of all roses and pale pink or white flowers will cover the hedge in summer, providing a touch of colour. Blooms will develop into bright red hips by autumn, which are enjoyed by wildlife throughout the colder months. Height: 400cm (157"). Spread: 250cm (98"). Planting Distance: 50cm (20").
