This tender bulb is often grown on windowsills and in conservatories. Amaryllis 'Dancing Queen' produces elegant, white, double trumpet blooms with unique red-orange striped markings on each petal. Its loved for its indoor showy display and its versatility - you can choose when you want them to flower! These bulbs should bloom 10 - 12 weeks after planting, so keep bulbs cool and dry until you decide to plant them, whether it be winter, early spring or summer. If planting in a container, use John Innes No.2 and place in a bright, warm position in full sun. Plant amaryllis bulbs so that the shoulders of the bulb protrude above ground level. Water only sparingly until the stems appear.
