Evergreen Succulent shrub which benefits from being above temperatures of 5 degrees. Low growing shrubs are ideal for Containers, and being moved in to a warm conservatory in the winter. Aeoniums are frost tender and require temperatures above 5C (41F) if they are to survive. In most parts of the UK they are best grown in pots and moved to a heated greenhouse or conservatory over the winter months. Like all succulents, Aeoniums have fleshy leaves which store moisture to help them to cope with dry conditions. However these plants also have shallow root systems which can be vulnerable during extended periods of drought. Water moderately and feed occasionally while Aeoniums are in active growth. Avoid watering between late autumn and spring while plants are dormant. Aeoniums should be moved to a warm, frost free position in autumn with a minimum temperature of 5C (41F). They can be returned to their position outdoors in late spring, or when all risk of frost has passed. Product Specificat
