Normally round in shape, they have been issued for the first time ever in a special cut-out strike with pure gold accenting to both the effigy of the Queen and the maple leaf motifs. Issued in 2017, it is part of a set which commemorates the Platinum Wedding Anniversary of the Queen & Prince Philip which features the Platinum Wedding Portrait Print of the Queen by Commonwealth artist Joel Iskowitz. Each print is hand-numbered, hand-signed and limited to just 199 sets worldwide.The obverse features the magnificent side-profile portrayal of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II by Susanna Blunt which is unique to coins
