Brunner is a watch journalist and author who has written over 15 books on the subject of wristwatches. This Rolex book is written in three languages (English, French and German) and is broadly laid out in chronological order. It starts with a biography of Hans Wilsdorf, the co-founder of the brand along with Alfred Davis, and this in turn becomes a history of the brand with the name Rolex first appearing in 1908.
