Adult comic featuring a sentient computer called Max, who has ostensibly been programmed to protect and serve the tenants of Maxwell Tower. Having recently been reactivated, Max has partnered up with troubled teen Sam Bowers to punish those who threaten the residents of the tower. They do this by sending them to 'The Thirteenth Floor', a place where their worst nightmares become reality. Now the number of 'missing' people has come to the attention of police officer Hester Benedict and, in order to cover up their activities, Sam and Max have crossed a line and subjected her to a partial memory wipe. But Hester's memories have started to return, drawing her back to Maxwell Tower... Used Very Good. There are some very minor signs of wear to the edges and spine, although there is no significant damage. The pages themselves are also in very good condition.
