Big-screen spin-off of the popular children's series. Following the birth of his baby brother, Dylan, young Tommy Pickles and his chums Chuckie, Phil and Lil decide to play at returning the newly arrived infant to 'hopsical'. Commandeering the Reptar Wagon - the invention of Tommy's father Stu - the Rugrats set off for the city, but somehow end up lost in a forest.
