THE LIFE OF SIR EDWIN LUTYENS Described as the best architectural biography ever written, this is a highly authoritative and readable account of Britain's finest architect since Wren. First published by Country Life Ltd. in 1950, this is a reprint of the 1953 Special edition for the Antique Collectors' Club in 1984. There is some slight discolouration to the page edges, the text and illustrations/black and white photographs remain clean and bright. Slight creasing to the dust jacket at the top, front and rear. The spine is intact and the binding is tight. Overall in very good condition for its age. This is a heavy book. Delivery would be by courier.
