This issue contains a three-leaf uncoloured folding map 'of the Black Lead Mines &c. in Cumberland', further embellished with a bourse fish and several ancient coins found near Portchester Castle. There is some light foxing and toning, and a little wear along the bottom edge of the paper, but the map nevertheless shows a very strong impression and there are no markings. The map is unattributed but is believed to be by George Smith, who surveyed Cumberland at about this time. Approximate size of map 24 x 19.5 cm. Among other inclusions is an engraving of 40 Baronets Arms across two plates, which are a bit foxed. The magazine printed by Edward Cave, jun., complete in 48 pages and three plates with original blue printed wraps and what may be the original string binding. Wraps bright and clean, with just a small tear at the left edge, minor browning to the pages at the bottom edge and light reading-wear at the right edge, mild toning and occasional scattered foxing to the page surfaces,
