Some pages have areas colored in ink, pencil. Pages have varying degrees of soiling, possible staining, and foxing in the white page corners and margins. Pages are not detached but many corners are pulling at the spine and creating small dog-ears. The page section at 80/81 are pulling more from binding. The last pages seem to have stuck together at the seam, and been pulled apart. The back cover and pages have some discoloration at the spine. Possible glue or liquid damage. Hardcovers have wear and tear, rubbing, dents, etc. The spine corners have tears and /or splits at the top and bottom edges. Pages 58 and 63 have tears at the bottom page edges / margins, there are also creases and or wrinkles, fraying to bottom page edges.
