Undated, but probably somewhere early-mid 20th century; the pull-out on the MSS has an example dated 1920. Condition: Boards shelfworn, corner bumped, rubbed, scratched, with a slight lean. Name of previous owner on front FEP. Foreedges foxed, some foxing to interior, pages tanned and some print fading (error in initial printing rather than later damage) but all remain readable. Some internal hinge damage but binding holds. Fold-out page slightly torn but fully readable.
