This book was intended to be of use to children and teachers alike, with illustrations and instructions on how to make these piece, preceded by an introductory piece on how to handle the clay and some of the tools needed. Condition. Book: Good. The pages are clean but yellowed. tightly bound, if creaking a little in parts, no tears or folds. On the front paste-down end paper there is some writing in red. Outside, there is much foxing and tanning around the page edges. Outside, the brown cover is dirty and tanned around the edges, with some wear top and bottom of the spine and the fore-edge corners.
