Design By Erik von Schoultz The challenge for Drosselmeyer in creating the ideal tea infuser was to design something which was simple to fill and easily cleaned. The resulting infuser is a really good-looking, minimalist design with which you simply scoop up the tea and then slide back the micro-perforated lid ready to dip into the teacup until the perfect brew is achieved. The perforations in the lid are so tiny that even the finest of tea leaf is unable to escape and there is also minimum spillage if you rest the infuser on the table after use.
