Tasting Notes Tatenokawas new, highly limited release was made to commemorate the 2023 Japan tour of Grammy Award-winning French indie pop band, Phoenix. Tatenokawas sakes are always something special and this exciting version is a Junmai Daiginjo style thats been made with Yamadanishiki rice polished to 18% (meaning 82% of the rice is polished away) creating a very refined and luxuriously elegant style of sake.; The bottle is presented in a box thats decorated with artwork inspired by the Phoenix song, Winter Solstice from their current album titled Alpha Zulu. The video is in black and white and inspires the cloud artwork that decorates the gift box.
