Summer leaves is a beginner punch needle kit from a collaboration between Whole Punching and Berlin-based freelance print designer, Alice Moore.The summer leaves design is punched using entirely flat punch needle stitches to enhance the crisp shape of the leaves. A background punched with electric blue yarn gives a nod to the blue skies of summer, whilst the leaves are punched in a more autumnal palette.This modern punch needle kit is suitable for beginners with no prior punch needle experience. The kit contains detailed printed instructions with step-by-step photos which take you through everything from preparing the fabric in the hoop to punching. Use the printed instructions as a resource to refer back to each time you punch.You'll need strong glue to prepare the fabric in the hoop before starting on your project and a pen to draw your design on.
