Tasting Notes Sugrues The Trouble with Dreams delivers a sophisticated and characterful example of the Chardonnay and Pinot Noir blend, crafted from vines grown on the Mount Harry, Coldharbour and Storrington Priory vineyards. With mineral geology at its core, Sugrues signature cuvée is more than just a bottle of bubbles, but also a testament to the South Downsunique terroir and Sugrues commitment to perfection.; The blend delivers distinct minerality, incredible fruit ripeness, floral nuances and structural complexity creating an elegant and precise wine that has garnered huge critical acclaim. Fermentation is split between 500 litre Burgundy barrels and stainless steel and the wine then spends 4 years sur lie to ensure a compelling texture and finesse.
