The narrow aisle mobile steps are based on our standard heavy duty range of steps - still with all the strength, but they dont have the wider rear axle. On the standard steps, the wheels on the rear axle protrude beyond the steps for stability. These narrow aisle steps have the wheels mounted under the framework of the steps, which means they are suitable for racking with narrow aisles (clever name eh!) or tight spaces.Note though, that they should not be used in open spaces as they are not as stable if the operative is leaning out. In order to improve stability, all our narrow aisle mobile steps have tapering sides so the user is forced to stand over the centre line.The top platform width of the steps is always 400mm.
