A fabulous piece of design from Dutch makers Societe Ceramique Maestricht. (in operation 1863-1958) This fine china coffee set includes 5 espresso cups and saucers, a sugar bowl, a milk jug and coffee pot. Rated good for its age, the milk jug does have nibbles on the rim and wear to the decoration, and the set in general has wear to the glaze and the coffee pot shows some grazing and there is a small crack on the lid. Still a fabulous design piece in a lovely blue and opalescent orange glaze against an off white background. A great thing despite the wear, please see photos.
