This incense holder from Shoyeido Kyoto has the iconic image of The Great Wave by Hokusai in late Edo period. There are two different sized holes suitable for various thickness incense sticks. Shoyeido presents collection of porcelain incense holders with traditional Japanese motifs. Each decorative tile is a work of art, handy for travel or simply to add a dash of seasonal colour to your room. Use with stick incense. Light the tip of stick incense and gently fan out the flame, then insert the incense into the holder. Place a holder on a tray made from heat-resistant material to catch the ash.
