Advanced Integrated Matrix is made from 3 different components - Fibre-Reinforced Matrix, a Compound Structure and a Synthetic Resin. The outer shell of the Helmet is made from fibreglass which is given its shape by a heat-setting plastic resin. The Helmet shell has an ideal function due to the integration of organic fibres, as well as a three-dimensional shaping process in a layered structure. The result is an outer shell with high strength, but very low weight as compared to shells that are produced
